About This Role

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Developer to help design and build modern business applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. In this role, you will develop data-driven solutions, workflow automation, and lightweight internal portals using Power Platform and SharePoint Online, helping organizations move away from fragmented Excel-based processes toward scalable digital systems. You will also contribute to integrating Microsoft 365 applications with enterprise platforms such as ERP systems, enabling efficient and cost-effective operational solutions.

What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities in this role

Build business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Design structured SharePoint-based data solutions and internal portals.
Automate business processes and workflows across the Microsoft 365 environment.
Transform manual, spreadsheet-based processes into scalable digital applications.
Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with external platforms and enterprise systems via APIs.
Support organizations in maximizing the value of their Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

What We Are Looking For

Required skills and qualifications

Technical Skills

5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 or Power Platform development.
Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
Experience building internal business applications and workflow automation.
Solid understanding of data structure, information architecture, and low-code solution design.
Experience integrating Microsoft 365 with external systems or ERP platforms.
Knowledge of SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Microsoft Graph API is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills in English (preferred TOEIC 750+ or IELTS 6.5+)
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
